Sydney, Australia – NRI Australia Limited, trading as ‘NRI’ locally, has today announced that SQA HoldCo Pty Ltd and its controlled entities including Planit Test Management Solutions Pty Ltd (collectively known as ‘Planit’) will officially join NRI Australia and New Zealand (NRI ANZ) as a subsidiary company. Planit will be a dedicated line of business within NRI ANZ, focused on delivering quality engineering services to its clients.

Effective 1st October 2025, this strategic move marks a significant milestone in NRI’s continued expansion and investment across the region and allows NRI to better serve its clients with end-to-end services. Planit brings well over two decades of deep specialisation in quality engineering and software testing, automation, performance, and security testing, further strengthening NRI’s position in the Australian market as a trusted end-to-end digital transformation partner.
