At NRI, we believe technology has the power to create impact that extends far beyond systems. That belief is at the heart of our partnership with The Fred Hollows Foundation, where we are delivering an Oracle ERP implementation that strengthens operations and ultimately, supports their mission to improve eye health worldwide.
Delivering a global Oracle ERP solution
NRI will lead the global design and configuration of Oracle Cloud ERP, covering key Finance and Procurement modules. The solution is being delivered in line with Oracle best practices and localised for country-specific needs.
We will also provide The Fred Hollows Foundation with ongoing support and maintenance through our Application Management Support (AMS) services. Post go-live, AMS will deliver continuous improvements, system optimisation, and expanded functionality over time. To ensure successful delivery, we are also leveraging the expertise of Planit testing services.
Empowering people through smarter systems
This ERP transformation will bring tangible benefits to The Fred Hollows Foundation and its employees:
- Staff will spend less time on manual processes as workflows are automated.
- Financial data will be centralised and easier to access, improving reporting speed and accuracy.
- Users will benefit from intuitive interfaces that simplify tasks and reduce errors.
- Compliance, data integrity, and security will be strengthened, reducing risks in daily operations.
- Partner and donor management will be more efficient, enabling timely decision-making and resource allocation.
With smarter systems in place, The Foundation can dedicate more energy to its purpose and reach even more people with life-changing eye care.
Collaboration driving end-to-end delivery
This partnership with The Fred Hollows Foundation is a powerful example of how collaboration across NRI delivers real value. Our Enterprise Solutions and Managed Services teams are working side by side, supported by Planit’s testing expertise, to provide a seamless end-to-end solution. Together we are combining design, implementation, testing, and ongoing support into one integrated offering.
By uniting our capabilities, we strengthen our relationship with Oracle and expand our capacity to deliver complex, multi-region transformations. This reinforces NRI’s standing as a trusted partner for impactful digital transformation.
