November 7, 2024 – NRI Australia today announces that after close to 20 years with ASG and 5 years leading the business in Australia, Dean Langenbach has resigned from his role as CEO.  Under Dean Langenbach’s leadership, NRI Australia has grown to a team of 2,500 people serving 290 enterprise and government clients with a broad customer offering across Consulting, Managed Services and Delivery and Enterprise solutions.

NRI Australia Holdings President Tomohiro Yamazaki has been appointed Interim CEO until the appointment of a new CEO, which is expected in December 2024.

Commenting on the announcement, NRI Australia Holdings President Tomohiro Yamazaki said:

“With the rebranding of the business completed last year, and a focus on driving organic growth opportunities, now is a natural time to transition to new leadership. The business has a clear strategy, focused on being a leading digital solutions provider for clients in Australia and New Zealand.  We look forward to welcoming a new leader to the business next month, to support our team in delivering high value solutions to our clients.

“We thank Dean for his leadership of NRI in Australia over the last five years and for his contribution to ASG over nearly two decades.  Dean has been instrumental in developing and solidifying the foundation of the NRI Group in Australia, both in his role as CEO and before that in developing and growing ASG.  Under Dean’s leadership the business has successfully grown through acquiring Microsoft technology partner Velrada, design and UX/CX consultancy Pragma Partners and professional services firm Group 10 Consulting.”

Commenting on the announcement, Dean Langenbach said:

“It’s been a great privilege to lead NRI in Australia and be involved in the growth and development of ASG over many years.  Since NRI’s initial acquisition of ASG in Australia in 2016, we have successfully acquired 5 high quality businesses to build a business with a national presence and customer offering across Consulting, Managed Services and Delivery, and Enterprise solutions.”
