Brisbane, Australia – CleanCo Queensland, a Queensland Government–owned energy generator and retailer, has appointed NRI Australia Ltd. (NRI) as its managed services partner to support the company’s enterprise IT environment.

Under the agreement, NRI now delivers 24/7 Managed Services across CleanCo’s enterprise technology systems, supporting the reliability and continuity of the IT environment that underpins CleanCo’s generation, trading, and market operations.

Karishma Darr, CleanCo Chief Information Officer, said NRI’s onboarding has been carefully managed to ensure continuity of service and a smooth handover.

“We worked closely with NRI through a focused transition process to ensure a smooth and effective handover of services,” Ms Darr said.

“Our focus now is on building a strong partnership that supports continuity today, while giving CleanCo access to scalable support as our operational needs continue to grow.

“The managed services delivered by NRI help underpin the enterprise technology environment that enables CleanCo to operate reliably and support Queensland’s energy needs.”

Ms Darr said the partnership would support CleanCo’s increasing operational maturity.

“As CleanCo continues to evolve, we need technology support that can scale with us.

“This partnership strengthens our ability to deliver consistent, reliable services across the business and maintain focus on the systems that support our people, customers and operations.”

Dave Lennon, Executive General Manager, Managed Services at NRI, said CleanCo and NRI are building long-term foundations.
